Surah An-Najm - سورة النجم
Your Companion is neither astray nor being misled.
(An-Najm 53:2) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkNor does he say (aught) of (his own) Desire.
(An-Najm 53:3) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkIt is no less than inspiration sent down to him:
(An-Najm 53:4) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkHe was taught by one Mighty in Power,
(An-Najm 53:5) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkEndued with Wisdom: for he appeared (in stately form);
(An-Najm 53:6) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkWhile he was in the highest part of the horizon:
(An-Najm 53:7) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThen he approached and came closer,
(An-Najm 53:8) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd was at a distance of but two bow-lengths or (even) nearer;
(An-Najm 53:9) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkSo did ((Allah)) convey the inspiration to His Servant- (conveyed) what He (meant) to convey.
(An-Najm 53:10) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThe (Prophet's) (mind and) heart in no way falsified that which he saw.
(An-Najm 53:11) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkWill ye then dispute with him concerning what he saw?
(An-Najm 53:12) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkFor indeed he saw him at a second descent,
(An-Najm 53:13) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkNear the Lote-tree beyond which none may pass:
(An-Najm 53:14) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkBehold, the Lote-tree was shrouded (in mystery unspeakable!)
(An-Najm 53:16) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | Bookmark(His) sight never swerved, nor did it go wrong!
(An-Najm 53:17) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkFor truly did he see, of the Signs of his Lord, the Greatest!
(An-Najm 53:18) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd another, the third (goddess), Manat?
(An-Najm 53:20) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkWhat! for you the male sex, and for Him, the female?
(An-Najm 53:21) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkBehold, such would be indeed a division most unfair!
(An-Najm 53:22) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThese are nothing but names which ye have devised,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire!- Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord!
(An-Najm 53:23) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkNay, shall man have (just) anything he hankers after?
(An-Najm 53:24) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkBut it is to Allah that the End and the Beginning (of all things) belong.
(An-Najm 53:25) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkHow many-so-ever be the angels in the heavens, their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him.
(An-Najm 53:26) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThose who believe not in the Hereafter, name the angels with female names.
(An-Najm 53:27) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkBut they have no knowledge therein. They follow nothing but conjecture; and conjecture avails nothing against Truth.
(An-Najm 53:28) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkTherefore shun those who turn away from Our Message and desire nothing but the life of this world.
(An-Najm 53:29) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat is as far as knowledge will reach them. Verily thy Lord knoweth best those who stray from His Path, and He knoweth best those who receive guidance.
(An-Najm 53:30) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkYea, to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth: so that He rewards those who do evil, according to their deeds, and He rewards those who do good, with what is best.
(An-Najm 53:31) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThose who avoid great sins and shameful deeds, only (falling into) small faults,- verily thy Lord is ample in forgiveness. He knows you well when He brings you out of the earth, And when ye are hidden in your mothers' wombs. Therefore justify not yourselves: He knows best who it is that guards against evil.
(An-Najm 53:32) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkGives a little, then hardens (his heart)?
(An-Najm 53:34) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkWhat! Has he knowledge of the Unseen so that he can see?
(An-Najm 53:35) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkNay, is he not acquainted with what is in the Books of Moses-
(An-Najm 53:36) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd of Abraham who fulfilled his engagements?-
(An-Najm 53:37) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkNamely, that no bearer of burdens can bear the burden of another;
(An-Najm 53:38) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat man can have nothing but what he strives for;
(An-Najm 53:39) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat (the fruit of) his striving will soon come in sight:
(An-Najm 53:40) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThen will he be rewarded with a reward complete;
(An-Najm 53:41) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat to thy Lord is the final Goal;
(An-Najm 53:42) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat it is He Who granteth Laughter and Tears;
(An-Najm 53:43) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat it is He Who granteth Death and Life;
(An-Najm 53:44) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat He did create in pairs,- male and female,
(An-Najm 53:45) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkFrom a seed when lodged (in its place);
(An-Najm 53:46) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat He hath promised a Second Creation (Raising of the Dead);
(An-Najm 53:47) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat it is He Who giveth wealth and satisfaction;
(An-Najm 53:48) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThat He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star);
(An-Najm 53:49) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd that it is He Who destroyed the (powerful) ancient 'Ad (people),
(An-Najm 53:50) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd the Thamud nor gave them a lease of perpetual life.
(An-Najm 53:51) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors,
(An-Najm 53:52) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah).
(An-Najm 53:53) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkSo that (ruins unknown) have covered them up.
(An-Najm 53:54) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThen which of the gifts of thy Lord, (O man,) wilt thou dispute about?
(An-Najm 53:55) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThis is a Warner, of the (series of) Warners of old!
(An-Najm 53:56) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkThe (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh:
(An-Najm 53:57) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkNo (soul) but Allah can lay it bare.
(An-Najm 53:58) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkDo ye then wonder at this recital?
(An-Najm 53:59) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkAnd will ye laugh and not weep,-
(An-Najm 53:60) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | BookmarkBut fall ye down in prostration to Allah, and adore (Him)!
(An-Najm 53:62) | | Malay Translation | Add Note | Bookmark
